Creation and Patronage

After his trip to India on August of 2005, and after having cooperated personally on several projects proposed by the O.C.D. (Order of Discalced Carmelites) in Andhra Pradesh (India), Manuel Morata, director of the Aragonese Yoga School, professor and instructor of Yoga teachers, considering the possibility of expanding his humanitarian aid to children, created the Foundation that bears his name.

At the beginning, he counts with the help of Yoga teachers and students, and the total

Cooperation of the Carmelite Father Goranthla Johannes. On November of this same year the steps aimed at the constitution of the Foundation are initiated, and on March 2006 the constitution is published in the Official Bulletin of the State:

THE MANUEL MORATA FOUNDATION CIF: G99092835
Home Office: Gran Vía, 25, entlo. izqda. 50006 ZARAGOZA (SPAIN)
Telephone fax: +34 976 219 576

Since then, and in spite of the short time passed, the Foundation has cooperated on various projects as will be detailed below.

The Foundation is managed by a Board of Trustees composed by six members, with the possibility of amplification, which studies and approves of the different project proposals and determines the different activities that will be carried out. It counts with the direct collaborators (architect, teachers, administrators, etc.) who offer their services altruistically.
